- Prepare of besan(gram flour).
- Take of desi ghee.
- Get of sugar.
- Prepare of Water as required.

- Get of khaskhus.

- Take of elaichi powder.
Steps to make Besan burfi:
- Firstly take a kadhai,add ghee,when hot add besan..and continuously stir it...add khuskhus and cook for 12 min on medium to low flame...stir it...and cook until brownish in colour...
- Now take another pan,,add sugar and water to form a thick syrup(chashni)and add elaichi powder...when it prepared or get thick add besan in it.and mix well..(make sure chashni is thick enough to give besan the form of burfi)...
- When it gets mixed,then remove it in a greased thali...or plate...and add dry fruits and seeds over it and press gently...and let it set for 10 min...
- And cool it for 10 min.
- After that,cut it into pieces or shapes of your choice and cool down...ready to eat...healthy homemade burfi....
